What kind of cost-savings can be made?

If pumps and fans are operating within your buildings then you may have an excellent opportunity to save energy. Just a 10% reduction in the speed of a pump of fan can give a 25% reduction in energy consumption. A 20% speed reduction can give a 50% reduction in energy consumption.
